Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data the tdbarosh.com website collects, why we use it, who we share it with and how we protect it. We process data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect

Requests, orders, callback: name, phone number, farm name, the farm’s EDRPOU code (if you provide it), region or town, delivery and payment method, comment, list of products.
Customer account: phone number, name, farm details, order history and discounts. We store your password only in encrypted form; even our staff cannot see it.
Job applications: name, phone number, message and CV file.
Technical data: IP address (to protect forms from spam), service cookies for signing in to your account, and cart data stored in your browser.

We do not ask for or collect bank card details, passwords for other services or passport data.

3. Why we do this

to process your request or order, call you back, select products and quote a price;
to issue an invoice, prepare documents and deliver the goods;
to run the customer account, order history and discounts;
to consider job candidates;
to protect the website from spam and abuse.

Legal grounds: your consent, given when you submit a form; concluding and performing a sales contract; legal requirements, including accounting rules.

4. Who we share data with

TD Barosh employees who handle requests and orders;
carriers (Nova Poshta, Delivery, etc.) — only what is needed for delivery;
the hosting provider whose server runs the website;
messaging services (Telegram, email) through which website requests reach our managers;
public authorities — only where expressly required by law.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

5. How long we keep data

As long as needed for the purpose it was collected for: order data — for the periods required by accounting and tax rules; account data — while the account exists; CVs — until the selection is complete, but no longer than one year. After that the data is deleted.

6. Your rights

You have the right to know what data about you we process; to access it; to have inaccurate data corrected; to have data deleted or its processing stopped; to withdraw your consent; and to complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court.

7. How we protect data

The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS), passwords are stored only in encrypted form, and only authorised staff with personal logins can access the admin panel.

8. Cookies and browser storage

The website uses only service cookies that are needed for signing in and for the cart. You can delete them in your browser settings, but your cart will be emptied and you will need to sign in again.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with its date shown at the top.
